The cottages are in an ideal location, situated on the East side of Whitby along the harbour on Church Street. Both command wonderful views over the River Esk and marina, as well as being close to shops, bars, restaurants. A short five minute stroll along the harbour takes you to the heart of old Whitby and its many attractions including cobbled streets, fishermen's cottages with their traditional pantiled roofs, historic Abbey, Saint Mary’s Church and the 199 Steps.

 

The two cottages form two halves of a Grade II Listed property, dating from 1810. The building has undergone a major renovation programme in 2008 to develop the accommodation to a high standard of quality and comfort whilst restoring many original features. Each cottage has its own unique style and character (Click here ). The owners look after the properties directly to ensure individual needs are met and holiday makers have the best possible stay.
