Spread over three floors the cottage is accessed at street level into an open plan lounge/kitchen floored in natural slate with tub leather sofas, a large rustic Mexican pine table and well equipped and stylish kitchen. An ‘aqua tiled’ bathroom is also located on the ground floor with a large 1200x700mm shower unit. Stairs lead up to a double bedroom on the second floor and a twin room on the third floor, both with attractive and comfortable furnishings as well as lovely harbour views. The cottage benefits from gas central heating and double glazing.

This cottage ideal for 2 people can also cater for couples with a baby. The cottage benefits from gas central heating and has been decorated with traditional Farrow and Ball paints. Approached via a flight of steps the accommodation is spread over three floors. The entrance leads into a traditional kitchen /living room which offers warm and cosy atmosphere with porcelain floor, snug style dining area and well equipped kitchen. A staircase leads to a stunning and spacious luxury marble/mosaic bathroom with P shower bath, walled mirror and fittings of the highest quality. Winding stairs continue to a light and airy double bedroom with pitched roof, dorma windows and traditional furnishings in ivory white. This is the perfect room to sit at the window seat and admire the wonderful changing views over the harbour – boats coming and going or the steam train pulling into Whitby!
